❂ look at me

4th walling ◦ Okay with characters knowing about the book characters, but contact me before telling Mary.
threadjacking ◦ If it's feasible your character would, have at it!
backtagging ◦ Yes! I try to keep my threads current-ish, but sometimes I am a slowbie the longer a thread goes on.
triggers ◦ I can handle most anything in RP. Mary will lose her shit if you hurt John or children.
「ic」
hugging ◦ Hugs are good!
flirting ◦ Innocent flirting is fine, but more will get you shut down unless your name is John Watson.
kissing ◦ Only friendly cheek kisses.
dating ◦ Unless it's obviously fake for a mission, then no, since she's with John.
injuring ◦ Open to injury, but expect retaliation. She's a good fighter.
killing ◦ Not anytime soon unless it's necessary for plot.
telepathy ◦ Her mortal brain is open season for any telepaths, so just say something and I can share her thoughts. Once she understands this is a thing, though, she'll start trying to think in different languages.
「mask or menace opt in/out」
shapeshifting ◦ Mary can shapeshift into anyone or thing she's touched, so long as it's alive. Let me know if this is okay or not! She acts very friendly, and is also a nurse, so she could easily have touched your character via handshake, hug, punch,or when tending to them medically.
intuitive aptitude ◦ For anyone she's shapeshifted into, she'll gain intuitive aptitude for them (a psychic knowledge/awareness of their biology and allergies, knowledge of abilities, skills and powers, quirks and interests, strong preferences and dislikes, etc). This can be as detailed as you like, or not apply to your character at all. Let me know if this is OK or not! If yes, then please list what things Mary will pick up and learn anywhere below.
This is meant to focus on the knowledge/perceptions/mannerisms, so anything she'll keep with her would be what a mortal human can mimic (technical skills, choreography, deductive reasoning and concepts, heightened memory of visuals and audio, etc.). She'll only gain certain physical abilities while shapeshifted into that form (a dragon's fire breath, a cat's heightened senses, a bird's flight, etc).
Mary will not actually gain your character's magic, mutant, or imPort powers, and she won't gain memories of their history, dreams, or the names of their loved ones. Almost anything else is up for grabs, and if you aren't sure if it would apply, just ask!
